Coral Kote Exterior Residential/Commercial Primer
CORAL KOTE EXTERIOR PRIMER is a clear transparent, acrylic elastomeric, waterproofing adhesive, bonding Primer Sealer. A waterborne, latex based, high resin content formula that contains no fillers or pigments. It is designed to remedy and prepare chalking and/or poorly conditioned surfaces for a finish coat. CORAL KOTE EXTERIOR PRIMER revitalizes and strengthens the surface to which it is applied, preventing cracking, efflorescence, spalling and segregation.

CORAL KOTE EXTERIOR FLAT is a bright white, matte finish, elastomeric acrylic, Insulating ceramic, Protective Waterproofing Wall Coating. An elastomeric acrylic, latex based, high build formula that provides waterproofing, insulating, and soundproofing performance in a beautiful protective finish. Innovative elastomeric resin technology results in an extremely durable, waterproofing elastic film that has excellent resistance to thermal shock by expanding and contracting with hot and cold temperatures, but also has good impact resistance and excellent chemical resistance. A self-priming coating that forms a thick rubber like ceramic shield of protection that actually becomes part of the substrate due to excellent adhesion and bonding.

Class A Fire Rating (ASTM E-84) as per NFPA 101 Life Safety Code. CORAL KOTE ONE COAT also features excellent durability and easy scrubbing plus superior mildew and algae resistance.

CoralKote Ext Force Primer
CORAL KOTE EXTERIOR FORCE PRIMER is a high quality, acrylic blend, insulating ceramic, exterior primer sealer. Formulated with ceramic fillers, CORAL KOTE EXTERIOR FORCE PRIMER provides insulating and soundproofing values along with a uniform, easy to apply, flat priming latex finish. This is not a high hide primer. It's performance stems from the high concentration of resin that provides for outstanding bonding, priming and sealing of most any exterior surface. CORAL KOTE EXTERIOR FORCE PRIMER will seal most stains, but if stains persist, a compatible stain blocker must be used on the problem areas.
